Liebe Kunstfreunde, kurz bevor ich für 2 Monate für ein Projekt nach Rikuzentakata*, Japan reise, lade ich Sie/Euch herzlich in mein Atelier ein. Es gibt einige neue Arbeiten zu sehen. Ich freue mich auf Ihren/Euren Besuch! * Rikuzentakata liegt südlich von Morioka und nördlich von Sendai am Pazifischen Ozean. Beim Tsunami vom 11. März 2011 gehörte die Stadt zu einem der am stärksten betroffen Gebiete, wobei das Stadtgebiet zu 80 %, d. h. etwa 5000 Haushalte, überflutet wurde.(Quelle Wikipedia) Dear Friends of the Arts, Just before I will attend a two month long AiR Programm in Rikuzentakata*, Japan, I am inviting you to visit my studio. Some new works are on display. I hope to see you! *Rikuzentakata is located in the far southeast corner of Iwate Prefecture, bordered by the Pacific Ocean to the east. Rikuzentakata was reported to have been "wiped off the map" by the tsunami following the Tōhoku earthquake. (Wikipedia)
