For the period of 6 months Katrin Paul was an artist in residence at Nishiaizu International Art Village.
As her own rule, she committed herself to take a photograph of the sky once a day from a decided place, and also once a day, empty the filling of one ball-pen by scribbling. Both acts where meant to structure the day. Only those days Katrin Paul was absent from Nishiaizu are not included.
Over 120 photographs and scribbles emerged over the period of time.
These works represent the not changeable condition of weather as well as the every day changing moods and feelings of a human being.

カトリン・パウルは6か月間、西会津国際芸術村の滞在アーチストだった。
彼女は日課として、１日1回、決まった地点から空の写真を撮ることと、1本のボールペンのインクがなくなるまで画用紙に思いのままにな落書きすることを決めた。
この二つの活動がその日を作り上げてきた。ただし、カトリン・パウルが西会津を留守にした日は含まれていない。
120枚以上の写真と落書きがこの期間中に現れた。
これらの作品は、気象条件を変えられないことと人の気分や感情が毎日変わることの象徴である。
